吕毅律师分别毕业于澳大利亚悉尼科技大学获国际商法法学硕士和南京大学获法学硕士学位。吕毅律师专业从事于涉外争端案件和公司法案件处理。吕毅律师从事律师工作至2008年4月共办理终端解决案件已经达到715件案件，具有坚实的法学理论和法律实践能力。

Mr. Lu is the deputy director of Shanghai Junyue Law Firm, and a senior partner. He is a member of Shanghai Municipal Government Lawyers Volunteer Association, and a deputy director of the legal research on Shanghai World Expo Committee of Shanghai bar Association. In Sep. of 2004, he was admitted as a member of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators of United Kingdom, and in December of the year, he became a Member of state -owned Assets Emerging and Reconstructing lawyers appointed by Shanghai state-owned property management committee and Shanghai bar Association, he was honored as lecturer of Master public Administration of TongJi University in China in March, 2006.
Shanghai Junyue Law Firm was awarded as National Excellent Law Firm in 2008, its present director, Mr. Liu Zhengdong, is also the president of Shanghai bar Association. The law firm owns about 60 lawyers who service in the areas of real estate, foreign related laws, labor law, bankrupt management, corporation investment, business and trade, intellectual property, finance and insurance. The firm is one of large size law firms of Shanghai, and is one of eight bankrupt management law firms admitted by Shanghai Supreme People‘‘s Court. From 2001, the firm was awarded continually as Shanghai Civilized Law Firm, Shanghai Civilized Unit, Advanced Group of Shanghai Justice Administration System, Excellent Law Firm of Shanghai Law Firm Criterion Building Year.
Lu graduated with a LLM degree from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia majored in International Business Law, and another LLM degree from Nanjing University. Lu focused his practical areas on foreign related dispute solution and corporation law. Till April of 2008, Lu has dealt with about 715 dispute cases, with his sounded legal knowledge and practice abilities. Now, he provides a long term legal service to GEBERIT, New World Department Store ( HongKong), Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Holdings Company and so on .
Lu published academic articles in national academic magazines such as Nanjing Normal University Transaction. He can use English fluently. He was also invited as guest speaker in GREAT EASTERN LAWYERS and TODAY‘‘S LAW programs hosted by Shanghai Dongfang People‘‘s Broadcast Station and CCTV. Many of his cases were quoted in reputable Chinese newspapers including WENHUI NEWSPAPER, SHENJIANG SERVICE GUIDE, NEWS MORNING EDITION, and XINMIN EVENING PAPER. Some of his cases were also reported in JIFANG DAILY, XINMIN EVENING PAPER and SHANGHAI DAILY in 2004.
