I used to be engaged in the group rooted in real-estate and accepting the commerce-targeted real-estate project, external responsibilities is more about communicating with government, business negotiation in different phases of every scheme, and drawing up documents. Meanwhile, with law department to produce a variety of official codes to meet managerial needs and relevant procedures, these effective measures are benefited from my sophisticated understanding of in-house culture and collection of managerial demands. Latterly, employed by consultancy and renowned apparel companies, familiar with the management to diversified customers on credit in manufacturing sector, assisted company to establish scientific management process and credential system, have acquired details in producing, distributing, and selling processes, participated the audit in social obligations towards domestic OEM factories conducted by overseas customers, assumed the internal responsibilities in significant bid for infrastructure and supplemented legal support in every phases.
