- Sean Liu is a Partner of MHP Law Firm. He graduated from the University of Leicester, UK with a L.L.M degree, he provides legal and strategic advice to international and domestic clients, on a broad range of issues under the compliance, green-field investment, business formation and structuring and technology license. Sean joined Martin Hu & Partners (the predecessor of MHP Law Firm) in 2010 and has profound practical experience in legal services in the fields of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and data security.
Sean Liu has also participated in many FCPA and enterprise compliance investigations. He provides customized integral tax and legal solutions to multinational companies and Chinese domestic companies running incentive plans in China. In addition, he has specialist expertise in compliance related to Sino-foreign corporation in education and NGOs.
